英国伯明翰大学（University of Birmingham）最新公布政策：针对 3+1类别的学生（国内3年+海外1年），以下四个硕士学科专业在录取时将不再参看国内院校背景，主要依据外方学位成绩进行评估判断：

MA Global Public Policy（全球公共政策文学硕士）
MA International Political Economy（国际政治经济文学硕士）
MPA suite（公共行政硕士系列）

MPA (Human Resources)
对于3+1的同学们来说，如果目前意向伯明翰大学但仍未获得任何录取，可以考虑以上四个硕士学科专业，虽然这几个专业都同属“公共部门/公共领域”类别，但是对于商科背景的同学来说也作为备选考虑。例如：主申管理方向的同学可以考虑MSc Public Management；主申金融方向的同学可以考虑MPA (Finance)；主申人力资源方向的同学可以考虑MPA (Human Resources)。
