课程详情:

1、就业法EMPLOYMENT LAW

本课程旨在为学生提供对“就业法”原则的理解,并提高在人力资源管理背景下应用相关法律原则的能力。

This module is intended to provide the students with an understanding of the principles of Employment Law and to develop the ability to apply the relevant legal principles in the context of Human resource management.

 

2、人力资源开发HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

本课程旨在介绍人力资源开发(HRD;包括个人和组织学习,培训和开发等)。将“学习”视为包含个人和组织(即集体)过程的广泛视角,并通过学术研究,商业和组织实践中的例子从各种角度探讨这些问题。

This module aims to provide an introduction to Human Resource Development (HRD; including individual and organizational learning, training and development, etc.).

The module takes a broad view of ‘learning’ as encompassing both individual and organizational (i.e. collective) processes, and explores these issues from a variety of perspectives through the use of examples from academic research and business and organisational practice.

 

3.组织行为学ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR

This module integrates the study of forms, structures and processes of organisations with the human aspects of psychology at work. To provide students with an understanding of the evolution of employment relations primarily in Britain and the shifting roles and nature of management, employees, and the state;

To introduce international perspectives on contemporary ER, focusing primarily on Europe, North America, and China;

To enable students to understand contemporary ER issues in an applied manner, teasing out their wider implications for organizations and society.

On completion of the module, students should be able to understand the main trends in employment relations, provide accurate advice on frameworks of collective and individual employee relations in national and international contexts, and should be able to assess how contemporary issues and proposed developments are likely to affect management policies and procedures.

 

5、人力资源管理MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

本课程将组织行为学和人力资源管理的重要概念结合在一起,提供了基本问题的综合概述。

The syllabus draws together key concepts from the disciplines of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management to provide an integrated overview of the essential issues.

该课程的设计,使学生养成选择、定义、研究、分析的一种先进的能力,制定解决方案,达到循证结论的问题通过在真实的商业环境应用研究与自己的研究方案。该模块可作为一种替代的硕士课程,学生参加提供的论文模块。

The Placement module is designed to enable students to develop an advanced ability to select, define, research, analyse, develop solutions and reach evidence-based conclusions to an issue relevant to their programme of study through applied research in a real business context.The module is available as an alternative to the Dissertation module offered on the MSc programme that a student is enrolled in.

 

9、应用研究论文APPLIED RESEARCH DISSERTATION

该论文从社会经济的角度探索就业关系,使学生接触到雇佣关系的动态和多样性,侧重于管理、雇员和国家在国家和国际方面的作用。该模块大致分为三个部分:(1)CER参与者,(2)比较和国际CER,(3)应用CER问题

The module explorers the employment relationship from a socio-economic perspective and exposes students to the dynamic and varied nature of the employment relationship, focusing on the role of management, employees, and the state in both national and international perspectives. The module is broadly divided into three sections: (1) CER actors, (2) comparative and international CER, and (3) applied CER issues
